Emma graduated from the University of Toronto with a Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2012. Since then, she has worked in a variety of settings including private practice and hospitals. She has experience treating patients with chronic conditions, acute sprains and strains, as well as helping patients post surgery, fracture or hospitalization. She utilizes a combination of evidence-based treatment techniques in her practice including manual therapy/soft tissue release, targeted exercises, acupuncture/dry needling and education. She is motivated to support and empower her patients to regain their function and quality of life. Emma has been running the GLA:D program for hip and knee osteoarthritis at Almonte General Hospital since 2021. She is also a Bone Fit trained therapist and can assist patients with osteoporosis in returning to safe exercise. Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time outdoors hiking and paddling

Samantha completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2011. She joined the physiotherapy team at AGH Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Centre in 2022. With over 14 years of clinical experience, Samantha has treated a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including osteoarthritis, workplace injuries, post–joint replacement rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and fracture management. She has a particular interest in geriatric care and is dedicated to supporting the unique needs of this population. Samantha uses a combination of therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, and education to optimize recovery and help patients achieve their individual goals. Outside of work, Samantha keeps busy with her young family and can often be found supporting her kids activities at hockey rinks in the winter and soccer fields in the summer.

Crystal completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, followed by a Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University. After graduating, she returned to her hometown of Almonte to join the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation team at Almonte General Hospital.

With 19 years of clinical experience, she has had the privilege of working with people of all ages and abilities, helping them improve movement, restore function, and support long-term health through individualized, patient-centered care. Crystal has pursued extensive post-graduate education, including training in the McKenzie Method, Mulligan Concept, SFMA, Non-Internal Pelvic Health, among others.

While maintaining a strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation, she is particularly passionate about concussion and vestibular (dizziness) rehabilitation and has completed multiple advanced courses in both areas to better guide patients through their recovery.

Outside of work, Crystal enjoys staying active and can often be found at the arena playing ringette, hockey, or ball hockey, out on the water dragon boating, or travelling and exploring new countries.
